Practice Lead for Organisational Transformation and Agile Change and Portfolio Management.
With 25-plus years experience working with start-ups and FTSE 100 companies across telecoms, banks, solution providers and healthcare, Suvash’s work has spanned consulting on major contact centre transformation, turn-around of customer experience in digital channels, launching a M&A consulting firm and headhunting for VCs, CEOs and CTOs.
He works closely with clients grappling with the challenges of efficiency and growth, focussing on people, processes and technology. His experience gives him a unique perspective on the critical question: How do businesses best improve their shareholder value, balance performing today whilst taking risks and working towards future transformation?
Entrepreneurial of spirit from a young age and with an eye for talent, Suvash is a connector. He draws on his wealth of experience in placing people in roles to inspire and challenge businesses to always look ahead and push the limits on what’s possible.
Outside of Lavabeam, Suvash spends time with his wife and two daughters. They love to travel and share a passion for food and learning to cook new international cusines. Any spare time is enthusiastically taken up by motorcycling in Britain and European mountains.
Practice Lead for Omnichannel, Big Data Analytics and Digital capabilities.
With 20-plus years’ experience in effectively bridging Business and Technical goals for Telcos, Banks, Retail and Utilities clients; Sai is a full-stack, data-driven marketer. He supports clients grappling with the challenges of making Martech and AdTech work seamlessly and has significant experience building and scaling agile ways of working to maximise ROI.
Sai started his career in Telecom Software Engineering including working on BT’s ADSL / ATM networks and developing Telefonica O2’s Voicemail systems. His passion for delivering amazing Customer Experience was ignited when he started helping clients like Lloyds Banking Group and Vodafone with Digital Transformations and Omni-channel Marketing Automations.
A problem-solver at heart, his experience gives him a unique perspective on the critical question: How can businesses overcome the challenge of bringing together technology, people, processes and operations to work seamlessly and provide customers with a consistent experience across all channels? He takes a ‘single-size-doesn’t-fit-all’ approach to come up with tailored recommendations for his clients.
Outside of Lavabeam, Sai spends time outdoors as much as he can with his wife and young son. He and his son share a love of sports, with Sai being a certified ECB cricket coach, coaching at a Middlesex-affiliated cricket club. Sai also has a little secret that some of his friends don’t know - he spends a decent amount of time on music - both singing; and creating re-mixes.
